Moonsault Digital’s products and services (collectively “Products” and each individually a “Product”), including the game “WrestleQuest” and any other games or applications released by Moonsault Digital are copyrighted works belonging to and provided under license by Moonsault Digital, LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Products. Please read these Terms carefully, and contact us if you have any questions. By using our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

BY INSTALLING, USING OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING A PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL, USE OR OTHERWISE ACCESS ANY PRODUCT. USE OF EACH PRODUCT IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT, AUTHORITY, AND CAPACITY TO ENTER INTO THESE TERMS (ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF OR THE ENTITY THAT YOU REPRESENT).

THESE TERMS REQUIRE THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES, RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS, AND ALSO LIMIT THE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO YOU IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE.
